Matinee Club - Discotheque Francais 
Do you remember the exceptional 80’s flavoured pop group, The Modern? Well, this is them, but under a new guise and two members down. Discotheque Francais has been an on/off release for almost a year now, but finally, this week the song gets issued on itunes. This is a tune which could easily have been a number one for Gary Numan back in the late 70’s. The generic synth sounds associated with the king of electro have been mixed brilliantly with a disco-house flavoured tune, to form a synth-pop masterpiece.
